Staffinder Web is designed for offices that wish to use an internal web server to run Staffinder. This allows easy deployment and upgrading as new releases come out. Our web version requires MS SQL Server or SQL Express on the back end. If you do not have a web server or access to SQL Server then you have the option of running Staffinder on our hosted servers. This means that we take care of the server, all maintenance, and backups. In addition you receive all upgrades for free for as long as you use the service. We will automatically apply all upgrades and service packs as they become available. If you decide to use our server then you simply pay a monthly fee based on the number of users you have. Staffinder Enterprise Edition is a client-server application designed for larger offices by utilizing a powerful, enterprise-ready SQL Server database. In this environment there is no limit to how many clients you can have. Also, with Staffinder's data readily available to your organization you have the ability to extract your own reports or even share data with other enterprise applications. If you have less than 250 users but also have SQL Server we recommend you use the Enterprise Edition anyway. Staffinder Standard Edition is a client-server application designed for businesses with less than 250 users. Staffinder Standard Edition ships with its own database and should be used by organization not using SQL Server. View Features

Staffinder now has the ability to create future status changes with our optional Status Scheduler Add-on component. Staffinder Status Scheduler allows unlimited number of future status changes for any day and time in the future. Simply install this component on any server and direct it to where Staffinder is installed. No client updates are necessary. This component runs as a Windows NT service and therefore it will not run on Windows 9x or ME. View Features.

Status Scheduler Administrator utility:
Also available is our Status Scheduler Administrator utility. This will allow a designated person the ability to manage all the queued schedules within your organization. You can add, modify, and delete any schedule for any user. This is a separate download and available directly on the download page. Simply install this utility on any users workstation whom you want to manage the schedules.
