What do you need to run Staffinder? The following are recommendations and do not mean it will not run on slower machines. The Staffinder server only acts as a file server and therefore the operating system doesn't' matter. There are no applications or services that run on the server. The only requirement is that it is always accessible by all the users. We do not recommend using a workstation as the server due to the workload unless you intend to use Staffinder in a stand alone mode. The Status Scheduler on the other hand must be installed on Windows NT, 2000, XP, or any Server versions. It will not run on Windows 95 or 98. The Scheduler is a separate installation and can be a different server than the one used for Staffinder application. Client machines: Staffinder Server: Status Scheduler Server:
