Our main Support is provided via email.  If you notify us of your problem you will get immediate help with your problem and how to fix it.  If the problem is due to an application problem we will make the necessary fix and get it to you as soon as possible. We make every effort to help in a timely and professional manner. If you are using our demo, we also encourage you to contact our support staff with any questions or problems you may encounter while evaluating our software.
